Dr. Bseiso held office as the first Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority in 1994. He is a prominent Palestinian economist who has accumulated economic and monetary experience enriched by his many years of work in the field of Palestinian, regional and international economics and development. Dr. Bseiso has assisted in the development of the Palestinian economy as a consultant while simultaneously participating in discussions with the Arab Fund for Socio-Economic Development; Islamic Development Bank; IMF; World Bank and various governments and international institutions.
